Last summer I had the pleasure of photographing my old friend, Nikki and her husband Colin's wedding. I had such a great time spending the day with them, and a bunch of old pals that made up their guest list and wedding party. One the most amazing things about this job is getting to share these important days, with old friends, or new clients! I am especially grateful to have been there to capture this day, as Nikki's father passed away unexpectedly a few short months later. You can see by his infectious smile how happy he was for his daughter to be marrying the man of her dreams.
After the ceremony we headed over to the Legislature Building in Wascana Park for some photos before the reception. This day was particulalry hot, so we sought out the refuge of shade along the side of the building.
