Please note: If you do not wish to have a receiving line, make sure you have a plan to "escape" from your guests, as couples often get caught up after the ceremony if they stick around afterwards.

Please be detailed in your groupings. This helps keep family photos moving in an orderly fashion. Ex: 1. Carley (Bride), Rhett (Groom), and Nadine (Groom’s Grandmother) 2. Carley (Bride), Rhett (Groom), Ben (Groom’s Grandfather), and Janet (Groom’s Grandmother) 3. Carley (Bride), Rhett (Groom), Steven (Groom’s Dad), and Jodi (Groom’s Mom). 4. Carley (Bride), Rhett (Groom), Steven (Groom’s Dad), Jodi (Groom’s Mom), and Arthur (Groom’s Brother)....

Ex: Disabilities that may restrict photo locations, tense family dynamics, etc...

Please list the names of your wedding party

*

Please list any photo locations you would like to use. If you are unsure, I can help you make a game plan so we get the best light for the time of day we will be shooting. As a general rule, during the height of the day, we will want to seek out shade, or keep the sun to your back as much as possible.

*
*

Please note, some indoor spaces do need to be booked/paid for in advance. It is always good to have a backup plan if there is inclement weather 2-3 days prior to the wedding.

*

Please note, I will make sure to do my usual workflow and the standard "Photo with Bridesmaids", etc... but if you had something specific in mind (ex: Champagne pop with wedding party), please include it here. Alternatively, feel free to leave a Pinterest board link if that is easier.

If possible, it is best to sit me near the head table/podium where you are/ speeches happen. Alternatively, a small table off to the side near the front is also a great option.
