What a year...
Man what a year. I thought 2020 was a doozy, but wow, 2021 took me by surprise. It was a total up and down year for me. Moments when I felt like the entire world was crashing down, and moments when life was "normal" again were both present. Just like last year though, I've had the chance to work with so many beautiful faces, new and repeating! Through some of my roughest days, going out and shooting helped to bring my mood back up. I got to try some very cool new things, including hosting my first styled shoot, and my first boudoir marathon. Both were super fun, and I will be continuing to do more of that! I was able to take some amazing photography courses from the comfort of my home. Including learning from my photography idol, Henry Tieu Photography!
I also had some setbacks of course, who didn't this year? I'm not a big believer in looking back, but at the end of the year I always reflect on what I did, what worked, what didn't, and what I want to do going forward! I'm a fan of list making, so you better believe I already have my list of 2022 goals, and I can't wait to knock them out! Like Macklemore said... "Next year's gonna be better than this year!" Now that we are official in 2022, I just want to take a moment and look back at 2021, and say thank you for your support. You are appreciated more than you know!
