variations in set - I understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, the set may differ from the styled mood board. *

*Every possible effort will be made to follow the vision of the initial mood board. However in the event weather, specific props, or models are uncooperative, the concept may change without notice.*

Reschedule - if by an Act of god, the event is not able to proceed, it will be rescheduled. *

*Act of God: hazard outside human control (ex: inclement weather, pandemic, etc...).*

Credits - images shared from any of the focused workshops/retreats/styled shoots will be accompanied by the appropriate credits. *

Assumption of Risk - I acknowledge, accept, and assume ALL risks, dangers, and hazards associated with outdoor activities. *

*Outdoor activities including, but not limited to camping, hiking, swimming, inclement weather, wildlife, etc...*

LIABILITY - I release the host and property from all liability in regards to property damage, personal injury and death. *

Retainer - A non-refundable retainer of $100 is to be paid upon the completion of this booking form. *

*Your spot is not considered booked until a retainer payment has been made. Retainers guarantee your spot at the event can not be given to another. Retainers can be e-transferred to ehman.nicole@hotmail.com upon the completion of this form.*

Payment - The remainder of your payment must be sent on the day of, or prior to the event. *
