Please note: Focus 22 Photography by Nicole Ehman retains all copyrights to her photography and the images she produces. However, if you wish to forego previews from your session being posted on social media please, or used in future advertising please indicate.

The Client agrees to the total sitting fee of $40 before photography services are rendered. This can be sent via e-transfer to ehman.nicole@hotmail.com The $40 sitting fee entitles the client to one high resolution digital image. Additional prints, products, and digital files will be made available for purchase in an online gallery.

No further purchases are required. All sessions include an Online Ordering Gallery, which will be available approximately 4-5 weeks after the session. The gallery will be open for 2 weeks.

Shipping is out of the control of Focus 22 Photography.

Images will remain on file for up to six months from the date of the session. It is Client’s responsibility to keep multiple copies of digital files in more than one location, and back the images up on another format such as a USB or hard drive. Once the images are in the hands of the client, it is the client’s responsibility to save the images. Backing up your images is very important.

Standard retouching includes light blemish correction. Photographer has the right to refuse any requested edits to the images. Photographer retains the right to edit the photographs as she sees fit based on experience and expertise and omit any image(s) that do not meet her standards.

Client is aware that color dyes and inks in prints may fade or discolor over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes and inks, and Client releases Photographer from any liability for claims whatsoever based upon the fading or discoloration due to the inherent qualities.

Digital files posted to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram etc.) are under no circumstances to be altered.

In the unlikely event that all the originals are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed within or beyond Photographer’s control before images can be delivered to the client, Photographer’s liability is limited to the refund of all payments received, or a reshoot can be scheduled at no additional cost.

All COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions must be followed. In the event a client (dancer or parent) is in violation (including coming to the sitting while exhibiting covid symptoms), this contract will be terminated, and no photographic services will be rendered.
